Affiniti Digital Media Corporation is an AI venture studio incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We operate under the trade name Affiniti Venture Studio and build software products for founders, startups, and enterprise clients. Our billing descriptor is AFFINITI.IO.

Our principal place of business is in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. For privacy-related matters, we are the data controller for information collected through our website and proprietary software products.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of our services, and from third parties.

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you submit a contact form, book a strategy call, or apply to our accelerator
  • Company name, role, and project details shared during onboarding or consulting engagements
  • Billing information (processed securely through our payment processor; we do not store card numbers)
  • Communications you send to us by email or through our website

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL
  • Pages visited, time on page, and clickstream data via analytics tools
  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from third parties:

  • Data from calendar and scheduling integrations (e.g., Calendly) when you book a call
  • LinkedIn profile data if you connect or interact with us via LinkedIn
  • Information provided by referral partners or co-marketing collaborators

Platform-specific data (VoiceUni / CallSet):

  • Telephony configuration data, including phone numbers and campaign settings provided by clients
  • Call logs, recordings, and transcripts generated through the platform (subject to your own privacy obligations to your end users)
  • API credentials and integration configuration data

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide the services you request
  • Process payments and manage billing for our software and studio services
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website, VoiceUni platform, and internal tools
  • Send transactional communications (receipts, onboarding instructions, service updates)
  • Send marketing communications about our services, portfolio, and studio updates, where you have opted in or where permitted by law
  • Conduct analytics to understand how our website and products are used
  • Meet our legal, compliance, and contractual obligations
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Service providers: We engage third-party vendors (hosting, payment processing, analytics, CRM, telephony) who process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements
  • Platform integrations: VoiceUni integrates with third-party platforms (including Retell AI, Vapi, and GoHighLevel) as configured by you as a client. Data shared through those integrations is governed by the respective providers' policies
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
  • With your consent: For any other purpose at your direction

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods vary by data type:

  • Contact and inquiry records — retained for up to 3 years from last interaction
  • Client account and billing records — retained for 7 years to satisfy Canadian tax and accounting requirements
  • Call logs and recordings (VoiceUni) — retained per the terms of your service agreement, typically 90 days unless otherwise configured
  • Website analytics data — aggregated and anonymized after 26 months

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, understand how visitors use our site, and improve our content and offerings.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we take these obligations seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
